Frames are $79.90 for an 8.5 × 11 inch print, $99.90 for 11 × 14, and $129.90 for 16 × 20, in CAD before tax. Each includes a 3-photo QR gallery and one optional voice message. Free standard shipping across Canada on orders of $100 or more after discounts, before tax. Finishing touches are optional.

Choose Dynamic QR for a one-time $10 addition to keep editing your greeting, gallery and voice through your private purchaser link after approval. Save a draft and publish when ready. Gallery limits still apply and printed artwork stays fixed. Without it, editing closes at approval or the review deadline.

Premium Gift Experience is $25 per gift box: flower potpourri, a gift card printed with your uploaded handwriting, and delightful surprise goodies. Choose your flower scent and card design, then upload your handwriting. These gift-box options are included at no extra charge. QR upgrades, photo services and a second frame are separate.

Together Across Miles adds a second matching frame for $40 (8.5 × 11), $60 (11 × 14), or $70 (16 × 20). Both frames share the same artwork and QR gallery and can go to two Canadian addresses. Choose gift-box extras for each frame separately.

Professional Photo Enhancement is $15 per gift for all uploaded photos. We refine colour, brightness and clarity where the original allows. No instructions are required, and you review the artwork before printing.

A 1″ × 1″ QR code is placed at the bottom left of your printed artwork. Your recipient scans it with their phone camera to open their personal gift gallery—no account or PIN needed.

Single portraits, Birthday Stars and Two Places, One Love need one photograph. Our Story starts with 3 photos; Words Around Us offers layouts for 3–10 photos. Number collages need 10–20 photos. You choose the photo count while personalizing your frame.

Yes. Print photos are used to create the artwork inside your frame. Your digital package is what the recipient opens through the QR code: 3 photos included, 5 photos for $5 extra, or 10 photos/videos for $10 extra. Every package includes one separate voice message.

The gallery is available to anyone with its QR code or link. There is no account or PIN, so please share the link only with people you trust. The gallery has no download button, although screenshots and recordings are still possible.

QR access is included permanently, with no recurring subscription. We also recommend keeping a copy of your original photos and recordings.

Sizes refer to the print: 8.5″ × 11″, 11″ × 14″ and 16″ × 20″. Outside frame dimensions are 9.5″ × 12″, 12″ × 15″ and 16.75″ × 20.75″ respectively. All frames are 1.5″ deep.

Standard shipping is free across Canada on orders of $100 or more after discounts, before tax. Below $100, standard shipping rates for your address are calculated at checkout. Eligible standard and express carrier services are shown at checkout. Faster services cost extra and do not shorten artwork review or preparation. Printing and packing begin after final approval of both your artwork and QR gift page. Carrier transit estimates start after dispatch and vary by destination. Remote destinations, holidays and carrier delays may take longer.

Each photo, audio recording or video must be under 20 MB. The printed design has its own photo count, separate from the 3, 5 or 10 files in your QR gallery package.

Three artwork revision requests are included. Send all the changes you want in one request; each submitted list counts as one revision. Gallery edits and corrections made by our Studio do not use this allowance. Finish your edits and approvals by the deadline shown in your private editor.

Choose a preferred arrival date at least 7 calendar days from today. It is a planning request, not a guaranteed arrival date. Drafting, approval and preparation happen before standard carrier transit. We recommend ordering at least 10 business days before a special occasion and approving promptly.
